I’m Audrey Meyer, a real estate advisor, entrepreneur, and longtime resident of the Dominican Republic, specializing in beachfront properties, luxury homes, hotels, and investment opportunities along the North Coast.
I’ve called the Dominican Republic home for more than 25 years. During that time, I haven’t simply lived here, I’ve built businesses, invested here, raised international awareness for Cabarete, and become deeply connected to the community I represent.
My journey began through sport. As a professional World Cup kiteboarder, I traveled and competed internationally while choosing Cabarete as my home. That connection to the ocean eventually grew into entrepreneurship and a long-term commitment to the destination.
More than 25 years of live, business and community on the North Coast
Today, I am co-owner of Vela Watersports Cabarete, a watersports center that has been part of Cabarete’s international windsurfing and watersports scene for decades, as well as Voyvoy Restaurant & Bar.
I am also the founder and organizer of the Cabarete Wing Fest, which has grown into an international watersports event and hosted an official World Cup stop, bringing athletes, visitors, sponsors, and international exposure to the Dominican Republic.
Community has always been an important part of what I do.
In my work in real estate, I bring my clients more than access to properties. I bring decades of local knowledge, an established network, an entrepreneur’s understanding of value and opportunity, and firsthand experience of what it means to invest, own businesses, and build a life in the Dominican Republic.
